Complaints policy
- Introduction
If you are a User of Queensi, this Complaints Policy forms part of your agreement with us. Whether or not you are a User of Queensi, you can use this Complaints Policy to alert us to any complaint which you have relating to Queensi.
Keep in mind that your report is anonymous, except if you’re reporting an intellectual property infringement. The User you reported won’t see who reported them. Confidentiality is critical to help ensure all concerns and complaints are reviewed and (as appropriate) investigated objectively and fairly to everyone involved. Please know that all concerns and complaints are important to us; however, depending on the nature and complexity of the issue, it will take time to evaluate the concern
- How to report a complaint
If you are unable to contact us by email, please write to us at the following address: 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London, England, W1W 7LT.
Whether you submit your complaint through our online form or another method, we need the following information to be able to process your complaint:
- complete contact information (full name, mailing address and phone number),
- a description of the Content on Queensi you claim infringes your copyright,
- information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on our site. The easiest way to do this is by providing web addresses (URLs) leading directly to the allegedly infringing content.
- if possible ad your electronic signature or physical signature.
- Handling complaints in regard to illegal or unlawfully posted content:
- we will take such steps as we consider to be appropriate to investigate your complaint within a timescale which is appropriate to the nature of your complaint, we will in good faith investigate your complaint within ten (10) business days,
- if we require further information or documents from you, we will contact you to let you know,
- if we are satisfied that the Content is unlawful or non-consensual, we will immediately remove such Content, and we will notify you of our decision by email or other electronic message,
- if we are satisfied that the Content is not unlawful or non-consensual, we will notify you of our decision by email or other electronic message.
- IP infringement complaints:
Only the copyright owner or their authorized representative may file a complaint of copyright infringement. If you believe something on Queensi infringes someone else’s copyright, you may want to let the rights owner know.
Following receipt of other complaints (including complaints related to other breaches of our Acceptable Use Policy) above:
- we will take such steps as we consider to be appropriate to investigate your complaint within a timescale which is appropriate to the nature of your complaint,
- if we require further information or documents from you, we will contact you to let you know,
- we will in good faith take such actions as we consider appropriate to deal with the issue which your complaint has raised. If you have complained about Content which appears on Queensi and we are satisfied that the Content otherwise breaches our Acceptable Use Policy, we will act quickly to remove such Content,
- we are not obligated to inform you of the outcome of your complaint but do the best to let you know.
You are obliged to report a profile for posting content for a child under 18 years old.
